Emerging Leaders Workshop Recap: A Transformative Experience

Last week, the 2026 Spring Emerging Leaders Workshop brought together over 25 attendees at the Golden Triangle Office in Imperial, PA. This two-day event, hosted by the ACPA Pennsylvania Chapter and the Emerging Leaders Group, focused on mastering adaptability and emotional intelligence in the ever-evolving concrete pavement industry.

Participants engaged in dynamic sessions led by the American Management Association, gained insights from industry leaders like Dave Sciullo and Harold Honey, and connected with peers during a lively networking event at the Pittsburgh Curling Club.
